By downloading, accessing, or using BachatAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BachatAI is a personal finance management application. It is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or regulated financial institution. Insights are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional financial advice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@bachatai.in immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt it, share your account without consent, or upload false or harmful content.
5. Subscription and Payments
BachatAI offers a free plan and Pro at ₹199/month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Financial decisions remain your sole responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BachatAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@bachatai.in.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via email.
