When you use BachatAI, we collect your name and email at registration, expenses and saving goals you manually log, usage data about how you interact with the app, and device info for troubleshooting. We do not collect bank credentials or UPI PINs.

To provide and improve the BachatAI service, power AI-generated insights based on your spending data, send account-related emails, diagnose technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in India, encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers operating the service under confidentiality agreements, or with legal authorities if required by Indian law.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account, email hello@bachatai.in with the subject "Delete My Account". We process requests within 7 business days.

We use minimal cookies for session management and analytics only. No advertising cookies.
